Beginning next week, we will unveil a new collection of experiences across both Perlée and Perlée Atelier — from intimate dinners and seasonal gatherings to collaborations with winemakers, chefs, growers, artisans and producers we deeply admire.
The series begins on September 15 with an intimate collaboration dinner with Krug, bringing together the worlds of Krug and Perlée for an extraordinary evening of Champagne, food and hospitality in the Dundee Hills.
Additional experiences will be released throughout the season, each offering a different way to gather, discover and experience the world of Perlée.

AN INTIMATE DINNER IN THE DUNDEE HILLS
Perlée welcomes Krug for an intimate evening devoted to one of the world’s most extraordinary Champagne houses.
For one night, Chef Brian Barker will create a multi-course menu inspired by the depth, individuality and generosity of Krug. Throughout the evening, guests will experience a progression of Krug Champagnes, exploring the house through different expressions, vintages and the remarkable effect of time.
More than a wine dinner, the evening is conceived as a conversation between two houses — Krug, with generations devoted to the individuality of Champagne, and Perlée, at the beginning of its own story of traditional-method sparkling wine in Oregon.
An exceptionally limited number of seats will be available.
