Atelier Perlée opens its doors for an afternoon of wine, conversation, and seasonal cuisine as we welcome visiting winemaker Antoine Gouffier of Domaine du Bouchot in Pouilly-Fumé.
Hosted in the intimate setting of Perlée Atelier, this luncheon brings together two places defined by terroir and thoughtful farming.
The Vigneron
Antoine Gouffier is one of the Loire Valley’s most exciting young winemakers. Named Discovery of the Year 2022 by La Revue du Vin de France, he represents a new generation of vignerons—deeply rooted in place yet shaped by global experience.
Born in Saint-Andelain, Gouffier spent twelve years working across the world’s vineyards before returning home to craft Pouilly-Fumé that reflects the flinty soils and limestone slopes of the Loire. His wines—hand-harvested and aged on lees—carry the signature of the appellation: precision, minerality, and a sense of quiet power.

The Experience
The afternoon begins with a hosted tasting led by Antoine, sharing the philosophy and practices behind Domaine du Bouchot’s wines—from biodynamic farming to the evolving future of Sauvignon Blanc.
Antoine farms vineyards that have been organically and biodynamically cultivated since 2009, an approach that resonates deeply with Perlée’s own philosophy of stewardship, patience, and respect for land.
Following the tasting, guests will gather for a seasonal luncheon at Atelier Perlée, inspired by the culinary traditions of the Loire Valley and the abundance of Oregon’s spring. Expect dishes that honor river fish, fresh herbs, and the region’s celebrated goat cheeses—thoughtfully paired with the wines.
